Burrow Hill Cottage is a pet friendly Rural property in a very peaceful location in the Blackdown Hills AONB. The perfect getaway to chill and relax. It is approximately 1 mile from Hemyock at the veryend of a no-through road, no passing cars, lots of wildlife, dark skies and footpaths from your door. The Cottage has plenty of character, very spacious rooms with exposed beams, large inglenook fireplace with log burner. Large private sunny south facing garden with decking area. SECURE FOR DOG The space The Cottage sleeps 4+1 in comfortable kingsize or super king/ twin rooms. Spacious upstairs bathroom with extra wide bath and downstairs a large open shower wet room with WC. Plenty of character with exposed beams, thick stone walls, spacious lounge with large inglenook fire place and cosy log burner with logs supplied for the length of your stay. WiFi is available throughout the cottage provided by Starlink at 160 Mbps, can be even faster at times. The TV comes with Netflix and Amazon Video supplied. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher , washing machine , microwave, small freezer and outside barbecue. Full central heating. Ample off road parking with a dedicated Zappi 7.5Kw electric vehicle charge point, for pay as you go. The cottage is semi off grid with the majority of electric powered by on site solar panels and water from our own private spring. Located approximately 1 mile from Hemyock, with The Catherine Wheel pub and shops for provisions. The Jurassic coast and sea side towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are a short drive away. Guest access The cottage is self contained with it’s own private entrance Other things to note Netflix and Amazon Video provided on the TV in the lounge for all to enjoy. WiFi 160Mbps can be even faster at times, provided by Starlink. Dedicated EV charge point in the car park for guests. 5G mobile signal available indoors and outside.
