VARS – Cozy studio at the foot of the slopes

Studio for 4 people Vars Les Claux ideally located at the foot of the slopes in a condominium on the 2nd floor with elevator and entrance badge. The apartment has a private ski locker. On the ground floor you can find various shops (supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, etc.). Close to all amenities (ski school, ski slopes, gondola, chairlift, tourist office, etc.) The apartment is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. The space BED LINEN & TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. CLEANING SERVICE POSSIBLE: €50 (on site) A CLEANING DEPOSIT will be automatically withheld if the cleaning is carried out by you, it will be returned at the exit inventory. SHEETS & TOWELS RENTAL: SHEETS: in 90 = €12 / in 140/160 = €16 TOWEL KIT: 1 large & 1 small = €8 The studio consists of a mountain corner with a sofa bed (2 seats) and its small bedside lamps, a TV/dining table area so that you can find yourself in a cocooning space. You will find a NESPRESSO coffee maker/teapot, a storage cabinet as well as the fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, microwave & raclette machine). You will also find a cupboard where all the cooking utensils are stored as well as some household appliances. In the hallway, you have the 2 single beds (stacked) as well as a storage closet at the entrance (to put your clothes, shoes, etc.). Finally, when you enter on your left, you will find the bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. Guest access Guests will have full access to the studio
