Welcome to our villa! We are happy to host guests both for a weekly holiday and for long-term stays. You will have a cozy private apartment on an entire floor, offering full comfort and privacy. The apartment includes a spacious living room, a comfortable bedroom, convenient work areas, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. For your convenience, we provide stable high-speed internet with a dedicated line to the villa. The space The price includes: — internet — cooking gas — electricity — cleaning service — fresh bed linens and towels -you can also use the washing machine anytime(for extra pay ) Near the villa, you’ll find fruit stalls, a seafood market, and a large supermarket just 5 km away. A bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away, with easy access to Matara, Mirissa, and Galle. There is also a beautiful beach nearby—just a 5-minute walk through quiet streets. It’s perfect for swimming and snorkeling with turtles. This is an ideal place for peaceful living, working, and unforgettable relaxation. Welcome! Other things to note · Due to limited space, parking is only available for scooters. · We can provide scooters for rent for a small fee. · We care about the environment and try to keep our room prices as low as possible. Therefore please respect our rules and turn off the A/C when you leave the room. Our machines are new and strong and will cool down the room within a few minutes. · Please switch off hot water shower when you do not use it.
