Hello Homey! Cute and cosy 3rd-floor private room in a two room apartment right next to Exarchia, one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (metro, bus, railway), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for individual travelers and loving couples as well. The space Cosy and tasteful private room on the 3rd floor in a two room apartment of a well-organized and tidy building, located right next to the center of Exarchia, Athens. The room offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, air-condition and a private balcony. The apartment offers a kitchen, a bathroom and a small dining area to be shared by the guests of both rooms. The room is ideal for individual travelers, friends and loving couples. The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 20-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia metro station is only 5-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops 3 minutes away from the apartment are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city. The terrace of the apartment building where I live (3 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks. The apartment is pretty close to other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone! Guest access You have access to the kitchen, the bathroom and the small dining area.The other room accommodates other guests, so please keep your personal belongings in your room and keep the communal areas (bathroom and kitchen) clean. Also respect the quiet hours. During your stay We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible. As we live right next to the apartment building, we are always eager to help regarding any issue that might occur during their stay in the apartment.
