ACCASA is an apartment on the third floor of a building built in the 1930s in the historic center of Palermo, near the central Via Maqueda and the Central Station, the bus terminals to and from the airport and other destinations in Sicily, and the Ballarò market. Guests will be able to enjoy the stay in two bedrooms, both with private outdoor bathroom. Living in the apartment, I will be happy to share some of my spaces with travelers, the living room and the charming covered terrace. The space Tosca is a large and comfortable room equipped with a French bed, a 1 1/2 square loft bed, air conditioning and WiFi. The bathroom, outside, is private. The assignment of the bathrooms, red or yellow, will take place according to availability, as the apartment has a second bedroom. Guests will also be able to share the living room and covered terrace where they can relax. Guest access The area, very central, served by the main means of transportation, allows you to easily reach all the attractions, museums and monuments of the historic center, as well as the many shops, leisure and refreshment establishments. Nearby, the Central Station and the airport bus terminals allow you to easily reach other destinations in Sicily. For those with a car, either their own or a rental, I would like to point out that the historic center area is a limited traffic zone, so a pass may be required to access it (Daily pass: €5). Parking is free in the vicinity and near the property. During your stay I live in the apartment with you and I'll be happy to help make your stay more enjoyable.
