"Le St Nicolas" in the heart of the historic center

Come and put your suitcases in our cozy 35 m2 apartment, dual-aspect, very bright, air-conditioned, located on a very quiet street. The apartment has a sunny balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. A stone's throw from the tram, 3 stops from the train station. (Line 1 - République stop) Check-in after 4 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. The space On the 2nd floor of an old building in the historic center (no elevator), in the Antique Dealers district, the apartment is very functional. It will offer you all the comfort you want, with an exceptional location to visit Dijon on foot. The apartment consists of: - a spacious bedroom with a 140 X 190 bed. From the window, you will see the St Nicolas Tower. - a living room with a large soft sofa (non-convertible) and a real comfortable dining area. The living room overlooks a bright inner courtyard through a small balcony, very pleasant in summer to have breakfast in the sun and a drink in the evening in the shade. - an equipped kitchen (stove, combined microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle) - a bathroom with a walk-in shower in a small cozy space Free WiFi - (fiber) TV Air conditioner Linens are provided (bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels) You will find at your disposal in the kitchen, Nespresso pods, tea, herbal tea, cocoa, some sweets and basic ingredients for cooking (olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar). Washing machine, ironing board and iron Hairdryer and toiletries For stays longer than 7 days, we can intervene occasionally to do the cleaning and change the linen. RATE of €40 per stay. Guest access Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11 a.m. On the second floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR ACCESS. It is a wooden staircase in an old building in old Dijon. The house is not suitable for guests who come by bike as there is no possibility to park the bikes in the building and they cannot be brought up to the apartment Other things to note Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment.
