Come and put your suitcases in our cozy 35 m2 apartment, dual-aspect, very bright, air-conditioned, located on a very quiet street. The apartment has a sunny balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. A stone's throw from the tram, 3 stops from the train station. (Line 1 - République stop) Check-in after 4 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. The space On the 2nd floor of an old building in the historic center (no elevator), in the Antiquaires district, the apartment is very functional. It will offer you all the comfort you want, with an exceptional location to visit Dijon on foot. The apartment consists of: - a spacious bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed. From the window you will see the St Nicolas Tower. - a living room with a large soft sofa (non-convertible) and a real comfortable dining area. The living room overlooks a bright inner courtyard through a small balcony, very pleasant in summer to have breakfast in the sun and a small drink in the evening in the shade. - an equipped kitchen (cooktop, combined microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle) - a bathroom with a walk-in shower in a cozy little space Free Wifi - (Fiber) TV Air conditioner Linens are provided (bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels) You will find Nespresso pods, tea, herbal tea, some sweets and basic ingredients for cooking (olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar) at your disposal in the kitchen. Laundry, ironing board and iron Hair dryer and toiletries For stays longer than 7 days, we can come on an ad hoc basis to clean and change the linens. RATE of €35 per stay. It is a wooden staircase in an old building in old Dijon. The accommodation is not suitable for guests who come by bike because there is no possibility to park the bikes in the building and they cannot be brought into the apartment Other things to note Strictly NON-SMOKING in the apartment. An ashtray is available on the balcony. NO ELEVATOR to the 2nd floor. This can cause problems for people who have difficulty climbing stairs or have heavy luggage.
