Norman house, old, 3 bedrooms, with garden, terrace with sea view and fireplace. 50 m from the sea and the city center (shopping) and tennis courts. Ultra well located and friendly. The space My house is perfectly located in the prettiest neighborhood of Houlgate. We are completely quiet and isolated (by the garden) but next to the sea and shops. No car needed. Very well-equipped house. Guest access I'm only blocking the attic.
