Wooden architect's villa, open to nature with 3 large terraces and pool. Located in the heart of the elegant Baganese district between sea and lake. At the foot of the bike area, the house is a 10-minute bike ride to the beaches and the city centre, offering beautiful bucolic walks in nature. The lake is also accessible by the slopes ! Ideal for golfers : 1 golf course within walking distance (compact Baganese golf 250 m away). 2 others 5 minutes by car(Méjane and Ardillouse) The space The villa is located on 3 levels, with 3 terraces and a swimming pool to enjoy the sun all day long. The swimming pool (2.5x4.5) is ideal for little ones and cool off between tanning sessions. The most pleasant thing is that it is under the pines ! It can also be heated by paying an extra fee. In the house there is a total of 3 bedrooms, a mini-dortory and a mezzanine. On the first floor Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed with en suite bathroom (shower and sink) - Bathroom 1 Mezzanine : 1 Ikea double armchair mattress (2x2m). Spacious and bright with desk, it overlooks the living room 1 toilet with mini-lavabo Ground Floor 40 m2 open area with fully equipped open kitchen, extension table, TV area and sofa. Bedroom 2 : 1 bunk bed with double bed at the bottom and single bed at the top Bathroom 2 : bath, toilet and sink Double terrace facing south and southwest Basement Bedroom 3 : 1 king-size bed and 1 Ikea double armchair mattress (2x2m) and 1 Ikea single armchair mattress and a desk. The room overlooks a private terrace facing southwest where the pool is located. Bathroom 3: Double shower, double sink and toilet Mini-dortoir laundry room: We have installed in the laundry room 1 bunk bed. We prefer to specify that this is not a room but that these two beds can be suitable for toddlers !
