Three (3) Bedrooms Flat - N80,000 per day Terms and Conditions: • The guests for the 3 bedrooms flat should not be more than 6 adults. For party or events, guests must not be above 15 persons. Defaulting attracts extra N20, 000 fine. • There should be no audible noise/sound from the event (used apartment) beyond 9:00 pm. • Already lodged clients who wishes to host such similar party should notify the facility management not less than 48 hours to the scheduled date and will be charged an agreed additional sum, failure to inform the management will attract a fine of N60, 000. • All food and edible items to be used for such event must not be prepared within the facility. All guest must pay a compulsory refundable security deposit. - 3 bedroom flat- N30, 000 C. Tour Package within and outside Lagos – Available on request D. Cleaning and Dry-Cleaning services – Available on request Other things to note Terms of Usage and Engagement of our Apartments. - The booking is not confirmed until payment is made in full and a confirmation from the Company is made. - Check in 10am and checkout 12pm. - NO SMOKING within the apartments. Strictly forbidden within the apartment. Kindly use the balcony or the sit-out area around the car park area. - Turn-off all electrical appliances (esp. the ACs) when not in use. You are responsible for your electricity consumption. - You are to clean up the apartment after usage or engage the services of our cleaners at a fee. Defaulters will be charged. - Kindly dispose properly all instruments of entertainment after use. - At checkout time, kindly exit the apartment and remain at the sit-out area to resolve any further issue or complaint. - In a case of renewal/extension, kindly inform the management and make payment 24 hours before your current expiration. The Client acknowledges that the following circumstances provide the Owner or the Company with a basis for the immediate termination of the rental agreement without recourse by the Client and forfeiting all moneys paid to the Company: - Exceeding the maximum number of guests as noted on the voucher; - Non-authorized substitution of guests - the names and passport details of all guests must be provided - Conduct unbecoming at the property (including wanton destruction of property, poor hygiene, excessive noise etc) - Parties, weddings, celebrations unauthorized or involving non-guests - Introducing domestic animals (unless allowed in the property notes and advised to the Company) Penalty and Extra fees - Loss of key or door damage will be charged with N5,000 upward extra fee. - Disruption or loss of sheets and or duvets provided will cost N5,000 upward per item. - Other damages will be charged accordingly. DEPARTURE AND CLEANING: A property representative will conduct an inspection. It is a condition of rental that the property must be left in a clean and orderly manner at the end of the rental period. This implies that the dishes are washed, rubbish is removed from the property and the rooms are left in an orderly condition. Clients are not authorized to rearrange the furniture of the property and crockery and other equipment of the house (chairs, blankets, etc.) must not be used or transported out of the house. Candles and oil burners are not permitted inside the house. PAYMENT: Your payment covers the cost of gas, electricity, water and furniture in the room. The furniture in the room/Apartment consist of a bed with mattress, 2 three-seater couch, 1 two-seater couch, closet, 43 inches LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen, vase and flowers and window blinds.
