The space 45 m2 loft on the ground floor, totally renovated and typical of Paris, with exposed stones and bricks. The building is from the 18th century and the studio was originally a sewing workshop. We tried to keep the "sewing" spirit through the decoration! You will be in the heart of Paris, in the 11th arrondissement, close to the M9 Saint Ambroise metro, between République and Bastille, and you can quickly get to the four corners of Paris to not miss anything during your stay. The Loft has double access: via the street and by the courtyard of the building. The access to the building is protected by a door with a keypad. All loft windows are double glazed lockdown safety. A metal curtain reinforces the security of the place. Ideal for 2 people with all the comforts you need, quiet and easily accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, range hood, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster. And all the essentials for cooking! You will be offered a welcome kit! The 20 m2 flexible SPA relaxation area has an infrared sauna and a jacuzzi bathtub. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, sink, separate toilet, towel dryer radiator, steam washer and hair dryer. We provide bathrobes, towels (large, small), shower gel/shampoo as well as essential oils for the hot tub. The living room features a leather sofa. In the sleeping area, the double bed offers a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. A 2nd separate toilet is available. We provide the linens. A TV is at your disposal with more than 200 channels. You can listen to your favorite music in the sauna and jacuzzi via a Bluetooth connection. Finally, you can enjoy a very high-speed internet connection with wifi to connect your laptop, smartphone or tablet. An iron and iron are also available.
