Loft bedroom, Victorian charmer downtown near BGH

Enjoy a 2-storey in Brockville’s historic district (3 blocks from Centeen Park & river). New kitchen & flooring throughout in 2020. Gas fireplace stove for heat. Living room sofa converts to a queen bed. Wall mounted TV in living room. Stairs are short but quite steep! Loft bedroom with TV & bath w/small clawfoot tub. Shower is in tub & tough for the tall! Queen size bed, dresser & hutch with towels/bedding. Free private Laneway parking in front. Front deck w/table&chairs. A/C window units. The space This is an older house so while some of the walls are not perfect we have renovated in 2020 with a new kitchen and flooring throughout. The tub is small and the shower low, so if you have difficulty stepping into a tub or are super tall it may not be the most comfortable experience but there is a handheld on the shower. The stairs up to the loft are steep and the railing is just one handheld rail so may not be safe for a toddler. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed. The chaise section lifts up where blankets, bedding and pillows are stored. There is no bathroom downstairs. The upstairs is an open loft so you have to go through it to get to the washroom. Entry is keyless with a door code. Other things to note Prime location just two blocks from the main downtown street of Brockville - King Street, and one block further is Centeen Park on the St Lawrence River. Eight minutes walk to the Saturday outdoor farmers market on Market street West, and to Canada’s first rail tunnel with a sound and light show at the popular Blockhouse Island. One block from the Brockville General Hospital. There is a gas bbq outside on the deck and an air fryer in the kitchen.
