Set in an exotic garden with a swimming pool, this spacious villa (220 m²) can sleep up to 9 people & is simply oozing with charm! Located at 200 metres above sea level around 1.5 km from the historic and small town of Bolano, you will find the setting of this warm and inviting villa to be most scenic and tranquil. This villa offers all the essential comforts for a pleasurable stay, and a wonderful location for interesting day trips to Le Cinque Terre within a short distance. What to do and see The villa and the garden are so nice, you may choose to stay by the pool for a week! If however you want to see the sights, then since Villa Altar lies on the border between Tuscany and Liguria you have, quite some choice! It is just 12 km from the medium-sized coastal town of La Spezia and approx. 17 km from the sandy beaches of Lerici. La Spezia trains station is a hub from where you can visit all the towns of the Cinque Terre National Park easily within ten minutes by train. Within 10 km, you can access the highway to reach Lucca, Florence, Genoa, Parma, Bologna and Milan. You will find a grocery store in the small historic town of Bolano approx. 1.5 km away or Ceparano (about 1 km), which is easier to reach as it is located on the way to the highway / La Spezia. Other things to note At home it is supplied complete with everything, in exchange we ask for respect! Christmas, Easter and holidays quotes on request. In the winter season, the costs of heating, water and electricity will be borne by the customer, calculated on site based on the consumption detected by the contactors. The swimming pool opens in April and closes in early October. IMPORTANT: electricity and water consumption will be calculated based on actual consumption and paid on site before departure.
