Pool room on second floor with sitting area, work space and very private king suite. Yard is series of sand dunes and open front yard for grilling and fire pit. Walk to the water in 30 seconds for a swim. approx. 1/2 mile of beach to enjoy with direct access to the river walk with many recreational amenities. Other things to note There are two bedroom suites: king with full bath upstairs and queen downstairs with full bath. There is also a king with a full bath on first floor. There is a large l shaped sofa in den with fireplace and tv. It easily fits two children or one adult for sleeping. Pets are generally not allowed; however, small pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis
