Our apartments are located in the heart of Krasnaya Polyana on two levels - 540 and 960m. The apartments are in close proximity to all the skiing areas of Krasnaya Polyana, and the main cable car rises to a height of 2200m to the ski slopes and scenic hiking routes. The area of the apartments is from 40 to 200 sq.m. Each is equipped with a kitchen, an extra bed (sofa or Euro bed). Each apartment has free Wi-Fi and over 100 TV channels The space The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and accommodation for both short and long stays! The kitchen has a kettle, stove, microwave, cookware, cutlery, dishwasher. The bedroom has two single beds that can be combined, a wardrobe. The bathroom can be equipped with a bathtub or shower cabin, a hairdryer, as well as a minimum set of cosmetic accessories. In the living area there is upholstered furniture, a TV. Most apartments have a sofa in the living room, but not all. The apartments without a sofa have a Euro bed for a fifth guest. There is an iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels. Cleaning and change of linen and towels is included in the price and is done every 3-4 days. Some rooms have a balcony/terrace. A baby cot (playpen) is available on request for small children. The average area of the apartments is 90 sq.m. At check-in, you must have one of the following documents: - Certificate of vaccination - Medical exemption with PCR test - Certificate of recovery (no more than 6 months) - Or a PCR test with the signing of a document stating that you undertake to be vaccinated within 3 days WITHOUT ONE OF THESE DOCUMENTS, CHECK-IN IS NOT POSSIBLE Guest access Wi-Fi Cable car for all guests unlimited times up to 960m Other things to note At check-in, you must have one of the following documents with you: - Certificate of vaccination - Medical exemption with PCR test - Certificate of recovery (no more than 6 months) - Or a PCR test with the signing of a document stating that you undertake to be vaccinated within 3 days WITHOUT ONE OF THESE DOCUMENTS, CHECK-IN IS NOT POSSIBLE At the reception, a deposit of 5000 rubles is taken for the entire room and returned upon departure.
