Comfort, amenities, location are all top notch. The photos don't due it full justice. Everything is in top form, fully equipped and ready to use. You feel perfectly at home the moment you walk in the door. The apartment is spacious, light, with good air circulation during the hotter months, and an incredible view from both balconies. The large bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are the best I've seen when using Airbnb. The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet area of Vake, very close to all public transport, shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. There's also plenty of parking for those with a car. Gega and his father Omari are incredible welcoming hosts. Easy to communicate with and very understanding; always ready to help. A visitor could not do better in Tbilisi. 100% highly recommended.
