This brand new 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a beautiful building on the 3rd floor with lift. The kitchen will also have everything you need to prepare a full meal or a simple snack, and will include basics for all your meals: Salt & pepper, olive oil & vinegar, coffee & tea and sugar. The dining room table comfortably sits 4 people, perfect for social gatherings or for some alone time, reading a book or working on a laptop. The bright and sociable living area is comprised of a confortable 3 seater sofabed (sleeps 2) with a coffee table and TV. The flat screen Internet HD TV will have more than enough content to keep you entertained throughout your stay, whether you choose to browse over the 200 included channels or use your own Netflix account to watch your favourite series. The main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed overlooking a quiet and lovely courtyard. Next to the bedroom, there’s a modern and functional bathroom with an Italian style cascade shower, hair-dryer, and other amenities included such as soap & shampoo. Quality linen and towels are also provided during your stay. The building itself has recently been completely refurbished, and features two similarly laid out apartments just across the hall from each other, that can either be booked individually or together (please see Airbnb link at the bottom of this description to preview the second apartment).
