Home in Texas

Nice quaint house on a cul-de-sac in the NW area of Harris County. Prefer non-smokers and non-partiers. There are two dachshunds who run the place. ;-) The space The guest bedroom is exclusive for the guest. The guest bathroom is mostly exclusive, unless other houseguests are visiting. The renter can only bring other guests into the house with permission of the owner. The kitchen is a shared space and all the dishes, pots and pans, etc. are available. The living room is a shared space but when the owner is home, he would have control of the television. The guest is responsible for cleaning all messes they create. Guest access The guest has access to the kitchen, laundry room,living room, and guest bathroom in addition to exclusive access to the guest bedroom.
