Elms Cottage with Wood Fired Swedish Hot tub

Elms cottage is a one of two cottages attached to our main residence nestled in the countryside 1.6 miles from Sandwich Town. Serene, Quiet and peaceful location ideal for families and quiet couples to relax. Noise curfew in place, no music outside. Sleeps maximum of 6 people including children for insurance reasons. The space On the first floor of Elms Cottage as you walk in the door round the corner to the left you have a family bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and double shower. There is a door on the right as you walk in that leads through to an open plan kitchen, dining table that seats 6 and lounge area with a TV. Upstairs you have a small light landing area with a large cupboard ideal for suitcases and three bedrooms. The master bedroom on has a kingsize bed, 2 bedside tables, a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and a bath table. The second bedroom which is the second door on the right when you walk up the stairs has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps and a rail to hang up clothes. The bedroom on the left has a double bed, a rail to hang clothes on, two bedside tables with lamps on and a chest of drawers. Outside the front of the cottage you have your own private decked area with the Swedish hot tub and a rattan sofa and then there are 8 acres of shared grounds you can explore/ share with the main residence and the other cottage guests from 8am till 7pm. Elms Cottage is attached to our main residence and is next to Chestnut Cottage on our own private driveway. This part of the driveway is shut off with gates to make it private when guests are staying in the cottages.
