This beautiful Music/Artist multi rooms Loft with its own backyard, is located in Prospect Heights, a beautiful & popular neighborhood of Brooklyn, steps to Prospect Park, close to all subways (Q/B/2/3/A/C). When not used for AirBnb, the loft hosts part time a famous music performance space called Seeds::Brooklyn. The space This Loft, also known as "SEEDS::Brooklyn", is an amazing 950+sq. ft space, with high ceilings, a 350 sq. ft backyard/garden, with 2 separated sleeping areas able to sleep 2 adults and one child (2 adults +1 child in loft bed or 2 adults in living room bed) and a large convivial and fully equipped kitchen. The front room also serves as a performance space during concert season. It is known as SEEDS::Brooklyn, and is one of the most sought after live jazz and contemporary music performance space in NYC. But have no fear ! for most of the time, this front room is used as a cozy family room, with ample seating area. The middle room is a large kitchen, with a big convivial dining table. It is made to be used and is full equipped for enjoyable cooking and eating experience. The back room is the main bedroom. It consists of a large sleeping loft with 2 mattresses (a queen and a double laid side by side). There is an additional sofa bed directly under the sleeping loft. The bedroom has a grand piano and hosts most of the music and instruments of the owner - himself a classical composer and jazz musician. From the bedroom you can access the backyard, with plenty of seating/large table and barbecue. It is private and is the perfect space to take a quiet break from the bustling city just a few yards on the other side of the Loft. This is truly a unique NY experience. Guest access The whole floor is available for use. The basement is off limit. We prefer NOT to host parties, birthdays or gathering as we have had bad experiences in the past. We do however make the space available for film shoots - the space, with its exposed bricks, high ceilings and open feel is easy to work in. Other things to note There are adult 3 bikes available for you to use; getting around Brooklyn (and Manhattan) by bike is often the best, quickest (and cheapest!) solution.
