I am eager to introduce you to the original, hidden places of our beloved capital. Our classic and cosy apartment is located very centrally, right on the "Fashion Street" . A lively, rich and fascinating neighborhood yet silent, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We are so close to most of the sights and the best bars and restaurants, that you reach everything in a short walk so it's comfortable to come back and take a rest at home any time. You won't have to go far to find them, the entire neighborhood is just ready to provide the best entertainment. At the same time you don't have to worry about the noise, the apartment is at a quiet and respectful house. The size of the flat is 42 m2, situated on the second floor, a 4-meter inner height provides you with a spacious feeling. The apartment is renovated in 2019 , so you can be sure that everything is modern, working and made for comfortable use. Our main goal is that you have an amazing stay in Budapest and feel a little like home in the flat, so we used natural materials and colors. There are a number of vintage furniture and decorations that make the interior unique and homey feeling. -------------- SLEEPING/LIVING AREA -------------- In this multi-functional space you find a comfortable king size bed (200x180) and two soft armchairs where you can enjoy a nice movie after a long day. We have a smart tv with cable channels, or you can use your Netflix account too. Listening music is also easy, YouTube or Spotify is at your service. At the other side of the room you can relax on the sofa with your favorite book :) or have a nice meal at the dining area. ------------ KITCHEN AREA ------------- We've built a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer , microwave, kettle and a stove where you can cook an entire dinner for yourself. I've made sure you have a reasonable choice of kitchen tools and condiments to prepare a delicious meal. ---------------- BATHROOM ---------------- The apartment has a vintage style, stunning bathroom with marble counter-top, and a ceramic tub. ———————– Guest access You will have full access to the entire place, make yourself as comfortable as we do. :) Other things to note !IMPORTANT NOTE! - Due to the current energy crisis in Europe, the temperature setting are following the government requested rage. Between 19 and 22 degrees. The apartment has building central heating. - Don’t use Air-conditioning or Heating with open windows! - Tourist tax is included in the price. - No additional or hidden costs may arise upon arrival. GUEST REGISTRATION! -As of September 1, 2021, all accommodation providers in Hungary are required to collect information on guest identities upon the arrival of each guest and share that information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency. In practice, the data must be collected via digital scanning of identification documents and uploaded to a Closed Information Database for Guests (Vendég Információs Zárt Adatbázis or VIZA) provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. If a guest refuses to provide the required document, this individual must be refused the accommodation service. The data shall include details such as name, surname, place and date of birth, nationality, the address of the accommodation and expected dates of stay and other data. For Hungarian guests, national identity cards, driving licenses and passports are accepted as proof of identity.
