There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few mins by walk. The space The flat will be entirely yours during your stay and comes fully equipped. It is on the 4th floor, accessible via a lift/elevator. The place is secure and has a concierge on duty 24/7. WiFi is incredibly fast with speeds of over 700Mbps. The entire flat is centrally heated via an underfloor heating system with different temperature settings for each area of the flat. The entire flat has modern, dark wood-floors except the bedroom which is fully carpeted, and the bathroom which has warm stone tiles. Your stay includes complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, along with a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom (soaps, detergents, kitchen and toilet rolls etc are also provided to start you off). Linens and towels are also provided and there is a washer/dryer in the utility cupboard, as well as a wireless vacuum cleaner, iron w/ ironing-board and hair-dryer. You will also have the option to use Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, along with many other live and on-demand programming on a 55” inch beautiful OLED TV. The bedroom is comfortable, with 2 closets and dimmable lighting and black-out curtains. The bathroom is large and warm, with a bath-tub and ample storage behind the mirror cabinet. The living room is your haven for relaxing, watching TV and reading. It also has dimmable mood lighting and spills into the kitchen, which is large with plenty of counter space. The living room also has a dining area, which is also well-suited for working. There are privacy blinds which can be used to suit your mood. For company, you will have a couple of plants named Peter and Ivy ;) You can also access the balcony (terrace) which has a table and two chairs, and connects the living room and the bedroom. In addition, there is a coat and shoe closet as you enter the flat, and a utility cupboard with the washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, heating rack and iron/ironing board. Guest access You go through the reception area where you can pick up the keys from the concierge. You will need to show photo identification to get the keys. Other things to note There is a storage cupboard between the kitchen and living room which is private and not available for use.
