The apartment is located in the Vanoi Valley in Canal San Bovo (TN), it is 80 square meters on two levels, independent entrance, terrace, living room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower, there is a third bedroom with two beds and a bathroom in the attic. There is a sofa bed in the loft living room. The house offers: TV, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine, Hairdryer, Iron and free WIFI. The large garage is shared with the other three units. Ask for sheets and towels. The space Small and medium-sized pets are allowed, smoking is absolutely NOT allowed on the premises (NO SMOKING). Blankets, pillows, dishes, pots, pans, and everything you need for cooking are at your disposal. We do not provide sheets and towels (NO SHEETS and NO TOWELS). In exceptional cases, we are able to provide you, for the entire period, with double sheets at a cost of €30 per bed and with €10 per person for a large towel (always request availability via a message). You will NOT find Oil, Salt, Pepper, Sugar and coffee (there is a classic moka pot and a Lavazza "A Modo Mio" coffee machine but without capsules). I recommend that you take everything you buy home with you, because we are forced to throw everything away (and it is a shame to waste). The heating is autonomous with a watertight boiler and instant hot water production. The wood-burning fireplace is in effect a heating system with forced ventilation that heats the living room/kitchen and the bedrooms (DO NOT burn paper or cardboard, only wood by lighting it with Diavolina). The wood you find on the baskets inside the apartment is provided, and then you can use the wood on the woodshed behind the house. Books and board games are available. Do not leave garbage of any kind in the house or even on the bins on the terrace (they have been put to your temporary use at the end of the accommodation must be empty and clean). In rooms 2 and 3, there is the possibility of dividing the beds into 2 single beds (190x80), but we do not have the possibility of providing blankets and sheets for single use.
