Four or five blocks from Beer Run (1,000 plus beers, 3 meals a day, Best Brunch C'ville Mag) and five other restaurants Guest access The entire home, except the basement studio/office which has a separate entrance. Other things to note This home is the last house on the end of a short dead-end street so there is no traffic and it is quiet and secluded. There is plenty of parking and privacy and it is a very friendly neighborhood.
