Part of a boutique hotel, the chic property provides a modern contemporary stay in just few rooms of varied sizes with staff on property, breakfasts, a shared pool with private slots, lounge area, high speed internet, workstations, 100% backup genset, library & a bar area too (you can BYOD!!!). The space NOTE THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE POOL VILLA. ITS ROOMS INSIDE A BOUTIQUE HOTEL SMALL PROPERTY. We have tried to make each room different from the other and as far as possible have most of the furniture's that have been specially designed and hand made for the property by local carpenters using local wood and cane work rather than bought from stores readymade. We have high speed internet at the property. Access points on each floor so bandwidth strength is good. WIFI is also hooked up to the Inverter system so the routers and access points do not go off incase of any power cuts and you can continue your work un interrupted. Also 100% generator back up at the property. Please note each of the rooms is equipped with a bathroom, TV, AC, Kettle with tea/coffee, a Mini refrigerator, toiletries, etc and work stations are available at the lounge. Our staff will cook up a lovely breakfast each day for you as per our weekly menu each morning. Daily B/F Health Package is an additional cost of Rs 200/guest/day we will supply the following: * Daily breakfasts (eggs as per your choice, toasts, jam, butter, tea, coffee, juice plus an indian veg dish healthy bite i.e. non deep fried / less oil items only). * Tea/Coffee complimentary at the room with kettle station. * Daily 2 mineral water bottles for each room. We have a variety of rooms made to cater to diff combinations of guests . Laundry would be an added nominal small charge to cover costs for service, detergents, etc. no ironing included. Iron is available at the property if needed. Our property manager can assist with rental bikes, rental scooters, North & South Goa Tour packages, Casino passes, Watersports packages, Scuba Diving, Dolphin Boat Trips, etc at the property reception. Guest access Guests have access to our small and chic swimming pool, the garden, the patio/ pool deck, the library area, the lounge/sitting area at reception and dinning area to eat meals if they have to. no issues if you feel like ordering from outside via zomato or swiggy, our staff will gladly hand over to you plates and cutlery as needed. We have no issues if you bring in alcohol from outside at the property. We have a small library to pick your books for the stay and a lounge area where you could sit and chill if you are with a few friends.
