Please read the full listing description before booking The house is in the heart of old Batumi, located on 15/17 Tavdadebuli Street, between Rustaveli and Memed Abashidze Avenues, just a few blocks to the waterfront. We have three apartments on the same floor that can accommodate up to 14 people. One apartment with two bedrooms, the other two with one bedroom. Each apartment has a large hall, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. You can choose any apartment or their combination as agreed. The space Attention! This ad has several rental options! Each bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room has a king-size sofa. Depending on your preferences and family size, we can offer you several accommodation options, namely: Option 1, up to 4 guests) We can provide a one-bedroom apartment with a living room that can accommodate up to 4 people (two in a bedroom on a king-size bed + two in the living room on a sofa convertible into a huge king-size bed). The cost of this option is automatically shown to you when the number of guests in your request is from 1 to 4 people. But if you are interested in another option, be sure to specify this in your request. Option 2, up to 6 guests A three-room apartment with two bedrooms and a lounge (two in each bedroom + two in the living room). Option 3, up to 8 guests Two two-bedroom apartments (each has a bedroom + living room) Option 4, up to 10 guests If you have a large family, we can offer you two apartments at once: a three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, both accommodating up to 10 people. Option 5, up to 14 guests) We can offer you all three apartments. Two two-room (living room + bedroom) and one three-room (living room + two bedrooms) Before booking, be sure to specify which option suits you best. Also in the lounge, there is a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking: a gas stove, fridge, air conditioning, TV, dining table, and balcony. The bedroom also has access to a balcony. In the hallway, there is a wardrobe and a bathroom including a shower and toilet, and also a washing machine. Each apartment has heating from the in-house gas boiler. We have an underground garage, which is available free of charge. All apartments are located on the 5th floor, there is an elevator in the house. We have only five apartments, they are located in a new building, at the address: 15/17, Dimetre Tavdadebuli, It is 60 meters away from Rustaveli Avenue.
