The space Welcome to my studio! This inviting 49 m² studio in Lisbon offers a stylish and comfortable haven for guests seeking both convenience and a memorable stay. Located on the 5th floor and accessible by lift, it provides an ideal base to explore the city. The thoughtfully designed living area features a comfortable sofa and a projector for enjoying your favourite shows. Adjacent to this space, the sleeping area boasts a plush king-size bed with premium hotel-quality linens, promising restful nights. The kitchenette is stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, essential cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, the studio includes a washer, ironing equipment, and dishwasher, making post-meal clean-up and laundry effortless. The bathroom is fitted with all the essentials: fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to ensure a pleasant, hassle-free stay. For your peace of mind, the studio is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
