Come relax at our beachside retreat located on a quiet street off of A1A just a short walk to the beach. Available for 90 day stays, there is plenty of room to unwind with family and friends in our spacious living area. Enjoy the serene sound of the water feature nestled between the palms. The house is also located close to Eau Gallie so you can easily get out to explore the arts district and we're 15 minutes to downtown Melbourne. Please contact us for other lengths of stays. The space Guests have access to the entire home. Master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shared bathroom. There are TVs located in the master bedroom, queen bedroom and living room. Open living and kitchen area with a sectional sofa to unwind as well as kitchen/bar seating. The sliding glass doors open fully to create a seamless area that extends right onto the patio. Hang outside or just open up to enjoy the sounds of the fountain. TV can also swivel to be viewed from kitchen or patio. And the best part is we are located just 10 houses away from A1A and the beach access. We have an outdoor shower to the left of the garage which is great to wash the sand away after a day at the beach. Guest access access to entire home Guest booking for 90 days or more will be asked to sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of their government ID. The rental agreement will be emailed and must be signed prior to check in.
