The cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. You have 4 free cleaning services per month included in your stay. About the room setup: • The apartment was originally designed with 1 double bed. • Upon request, we have added an extra double bed. • If you book for 2 people, you will use 1 bed. If you book for 3–4 people, you will use 2 beds. Other things to note 🏠 House Rules & Long-Term Stay Policy • ID Required: Guests must provide a valid passport or citizen ID after booking so we can register your stay with the building management (as required by local regulations). • Long-Term Bookings (28 Nights or More): • The monthly rate already includes a significant long-term discount. • Therefore, utility fees are not included. These cover electricity, water, internet, management & check-in fees, and general maintenance — total: 4,500,000 VND/month. • This is a fixed fee for one month. • This amount will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center for secure payment. • Complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change are provided. • Please use electricity and water responsibly (turn off all appliances when leaving the room). • Alternative Option: You may book 27 nights (utilities included) and extend your stay by booking extra nights if preferred. • No Commercial Use: The apartment is for residential purposes only. Business, sales, or commercial activities are not permitted.
