On the slope of the Aravallis, on the west banks of Lake Pichola, is Burj Baneria, a Boutique Homestay, giving panoramic views of the Lake Pichola, City Palace and Jagmandir from every room and the rooftop restaurant area. Situated in Village Sisarma on the outskirts of the city, we are close to nature. The design of our home is in line with the heritage of the family, hence, it's an amalgamation of the old and new with beautiful Mewar-styled arches and sit-outs on the rooftop terrace. The space Wake up to witness a beautiful sunrise from the room and watch the birds chirping away. Our home is surrounded by hills and on the border of the forest area. a) It offers an amazing view of the lakefront and historical buildings of Udaipur. This is a cosy and sophisticated stay for those who yearn for seclusion and yet be in close proximity to all places to visit in Udaipur. b) Each room is individually designed and offers a spectacular view of lake Pichola. The rooms that are part of this listing (121 sq. ft.) are meant for solo travelers or 2 people traveling with minimum luggage. This room has french windows on two sides of the room and offers a view of the lake as well as the village. c)We also have a rooftop dining area for the guests to enjoy their meals while gazing at the old-world charm of Udaipur. The food is prepared with freshly sourced ingredients. The guests can order food on ala carte basis. d) We are well equipped with all modern facilities for a comfortable stay. Please note that the tariff includes breakfast. Homestay Policies:- 1. Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. 2. There will be no in-room dining service. All meals are served on the rooftop terrace. 3. Homestay reserves the right to deny reservations to local residents or people residing in udaipur / studying or working temporarily in Udaipur and are unmarried. 4. We reserve the right to deny admission to travelers of age 22 years or below , who are unaccompanied by a guardian/ parent 5. The kitchen remains closed between 3 PM to 6 PM in the afternoons. The last order for lunch is taken at 1:30 PM. The last orders for dinner are taken at 09:30 PM. 6. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking. There are designate smoking areas such as the common balconies near staircase & terrace. 7. The access to rooms and dining area is by stairs only. 8. Cleaning of the rooms for in-house guests is done between 10 AM - 6 PM only once the arrival rooms for the day are prepared. So kindly check with the housekeeping for slot availability. Guest access The guests can use various spaces in our home such as the welcome lounge, the common balconies on each floor, the sitting areas on the terrace and the dining area. If the guests are looking for absolute peace then they can go all the way to the top most terrace for Yoga or morning exercises. Other things to note 1. The access to the rooms and dining area is by stairs only. 2. Distance to City Centre- 7 kms , City Palace & Old City - 5 kms, Railway station - 8 kms & Airport - 30 kms. 3. Our home is located on the rural side of Lake Pichola in Village Sisarma near Jungle Safari Park & Sita Mata Mandir. 4. We can assist our guests in hiring autos / rental cabs / two wheelers to make the commute to the city convenient.
