A very special place, carefully designed to provide a top notch experience for our guests. The apartment hosts up to 2 people. The space A modern and comfortable apartment on the first floor of a historic building with no lift, redesigned recently with a contemporary style. The space features an open area that includes kitchen, dining and living space, one bedroom with a walking closet, and one bathroom. The location in Chiado is fantastic, and our guests can walk almost anywhere in the city center. High quality Wi-Fi and TV with international channels are available, as well as fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the basic amenities. Guest access Our guests have private access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note Check-in policy: On the day and agreed time for the check-in, we will be at the apartment to meet you, and to explain everything you need to know, as well as to give you some advice about your stay. Check-in schedule starts at 15h(3pm) and ends at 21h(9pm). Check-in between 21h and 00h(midnight) is possible with a late check-in fee of €50. From 00h, check-in is always subject to confirmation. If we have availability to schedule the check-in from 00:00, the fee will be €60. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival. During the check-in, according to Portuguese law, all guests must present their identification documents and fill in a check-in form with identifying elements such as full name, address, ID document number, nationality and country of residence. These details will be sent to the Border Service, in accordance with the law in force.
