The space Located perfectly right off of Gulf Blvd., the house offers you a newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. The house has 2 full baths, one with bathtub, a laundry room with new washer and dryer, new appliances, new furniture, a gated back yard, free parking, Wi Fi and cable TV, a beautiful dining room, beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, bed sheets and everything else you may need to make your vacation house feel like home. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house and parking area except the storage shed located in the back yard. Other things to note Pet fees will be charged after booking. Fees between $50-$100. One pet max. Please inquire for charges. There is an activated Ring Doorbell. It is in use and monitored for the exterior of the home only.
