It accommodates up to four (4) persons or a family. Additional guests beyond 4 will incur a P500 charge per extra person per night. Maximum of 6 adult persons are allowed. FAQs: 1. Can we cook inside? Yes, cooking is allowed. Bring your own ingredients as we do not provide food. 2. Food delivery? Yes, you can bring your own food, and food deliveries are allowed. 3. More than 4 guests? While arrangements may be tight, booking up to 6 guests is allowed with an extra charge of PHP 500 per person per night. 4. Early check-in? There is a fee of Php 200 per hour for early check-in, provided that the unit is available. 5. Late check-out? There is a fee of Php 200 per hour for late check-out, provided that the unit is available. 6. Aircon for two rooms? Yes, the single AC cools the entire apartment. 7. Parking? Limited free spaces; notify for availability. Paid parking nearby if needed. 8. Payment method? Only AIRBNB payments are accepted; any other requests will be reported. 9. Luggage storage? I discourage leaving luggage unattended; we can't guarantee safekeeping. We won't be responsible for any loss or damage to personal effects. 10. Visitors allowed? Yes, visitors are allowed from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. only Guest access The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request that you refrain from loitering outside your designated apartment and avoid disturbing other residents in the building. ID Submission: - After booking confirmation, all guests must provide a digital copy of their Valid IDs (and/or Vaccination Cards). 2. Occupancy and Extra Charge: - The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Additional persons incur an extra charge of Php300 per night. No extra mattresses are available. 3.
