The space Surrounded by established gardens, the home sits on the site of the original 'Grafton' homestead and features cathedral ceilings of baltic pine, massive timber beams (once part of the Oxley bridge), timber floorboards and a cast iron fireplace. The guest wing has its own private keypad entrance and guests are free to wander & enjoy the front garden at their leisure. You will have personal access to this entire space during your stay. The house accommodates singles, couples or groups up to six people and includes: - An open plan living and dining area with cast iron slow combustion heater, ceiling fan, crockery and cutlery, small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. - Bedroom 1, 'The Retreat' includes a queen bed, air conditioning and closet space and is adjacent to the bathroom -Bedroom 2, 'The Library' includes a queen bed, lounge, closet space, air conditioning, reading material and a portable baby cot if required. Please let us know if you require the cot before check-in. -Bedroom 3, 'The Loft' at the top of the stairs takes in the views to the back of the property and has a queen bed, ample closet and cupboard space, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a desk and chair. - A Yoga / Reading Space is located at the top of the stairs next to Bedroom 3 and equipment is supplied for your early morning yoga session or there is seating just to relax and enjoy some reading time. - A Kitchenette / Laundry includes microwave, electric frypan, single cooktop, benchtop oven, toaster, sink, washer, dryer, iron & ironing board all with basic items included. - The bathroom, with separate toilet, includes a shower, basin and hair dryer. -A front courtyard with seating, outdoor setting and BBQ.
