No areas are shared with other guests, including the private pool, all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You can also use other Bay Villas services such as daily housekeeping, maintenance and additional services such as a private chef, spa treatments or special activities on the island. Other things to note - Breakfast is not included in the room price. - Housekeeping service every 4 days. The service fee is included in the room price. - Fresh sheets and towels are provided every 2-3 days or upon request. - Food service within the villa, supermarket delivery and laundry (additional charges may apply) - Swimming pool and garden maintenance services are carried out at scheduled times quietly and without interruption. - Check in from 2 pm | Check out by 11:00 am - Airport or port pick-up service. Please inform us in advance. Note: - A cash deposit of 15,000 baht is charged on the check-in date (full refund on the check-out date if there is no damage). - Parties, loud music, or outside guests are not allowed unless authorized in advance.
