Your stay is in a bright and airy studio apartment/cottage located in a shaded English style garden with places to sit and relax anytime of day, perfect for one or two people. Private off street parking for one vehicle. Convenient walking distance to Downtown Westcliffe. A mini kitchen with a induction hot plate, coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator should you choose to cook in. Level one and level 2 EV charging is available...please bring your own cord. The space The mountains offer numerous hiking trails and 14,000 foot peaks with lakes and streams. For the fishing enthusiast Lake DeWeese Reservoir on the valley floor is stocked for trout fishing. Plenty of roads and trails for bike riding and scenic drives. Westcliffe and Silvercliff in Custer County are certified as Dark-Sky Communities, a perfect place for stargazing. Summer has numerous music events including a top notch Bluegrass festival always the second weekend in July. Guest access The Cottage is your private space. The patio and Garden is shared with the host. Other things to note Located on Main Street within walking distance to our quaint downtown that has several coffee shops, restaurants, bakery, gift shops, art galleries and grocery.
