Plenty of roads and trails for bike riding and scenic drives. Westcliffe and Silvercliff in Custer County are certified as Dark-Sky Communities, a perfect place for stargazing. Summer has numerous music events including a top notch Bluegrass festival always the second weekend in July. The Cottage is your private space. The patio and Garden is shared with the host. The feed store amphitheater and park has free concerts on Sundays during the summer. The town hosts a stellar Blue Grass Festival the second weekend of July starting on a Thursday evening. Our neighbourhood is very walking friendly. Great views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains are everywhere. Try a sunrise or sunset walk to the west end of Main street.
