Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks. The space This space is shared with the main house and has its' own private entrance. The apartment space is not shared with the main house. The living space is cozy and comfortable for 1 to 2 people and is located in the lower living area of our modest log home. The one room apartment has many amenities. The bed is queen size. The bathroom has a stall shower. The kitchen area is complete with Keurig coffee maker, full size refrigerator, microwave and stove along with basic cooking utensils. A ceiling fan, gas fireplace and flat screen television are available for use as well as a counter height bar with 2 stools for eating / work space. There is uncovered parking available behind the house. Guest access We hope you enjoy this quiet and secluded location with a view of our patio garden and open backyard. Your stay includes wireless internet access. We do not have a smart TV. For your safety, the barn and horses are off limits to our guests without our presence. The pond in the back yard area is not our property. We kindly ask that your do not approach it during your stay. Our location is just minutes from Auburn Hills, Clarkston, Fenton, Holly and Waterford. These towns are home to a variety of amazing restaurants, festivals and shopping. We can happily recommend restaurants to you based on your desires, as well as share reservation tips. Pizza delivery is available. Hospitals, music and sports venues, golf courses, biking, hiking, shopping and skiing are nearby. There is also a library and a post office a few miles away. Other things to note FYI: You will hear an occasional train as a route runs along the far back of the property. Birds singing and crickets chirping are often the music at Trim Pines.
