Charming house with a small garden in a cul-de-sac located a 10-minute walk from the Jardin du Peyrou (start of the pedestrian city center of Montpellier), 12 km from the first beaches (about 20 minutes) and close to the hinterland (Pic St Loup, Gorges de l'Herault and Parc des Cévennes) as it is located north of Montpellier. Ideal place for a family stay, this house is our main home that we make available when we are away. The space This house has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and one upstairs. Large family and warm living room with a wood-burning stove. There is also reversible air conditioning for people unfamiliar with wood heating. Fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace and garden. Our small TV lounge is available upstairs. We install a safe above-ground pool for children 2 m by 4 m and 1.20 m deep to cool off. Guest access You can park in front of the house as it is located in a cul-de-sac with free parking. All the rooms of the house are at your disposal as well as the garage for your beach gear or your bikes. Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided for your stay. barbecue and plancha will allow you to cook delicious summer dishes, all washed down with good local wines.
