Riverfront 3 Bedroom All Natural Oasis

Right on the water! Our cottage like home is located 1.2km from QEW. So so beautiful!!! It's a short 15 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Step outside our front gate onto the Friendship trail, a paved bike/walk/run trail looping through the whole region! Cross the street and dip your toes into the Niagara River. Bring your canoes, kayaks or motor boats! Our home is warm, inviting and well equipped. The space 50'S cottage recently renovated with an eco rustic design! We used a lot of natural building supplies and a lot of upcycled barnboard to rebuild this cottage. Flooded with natural sunlight, so many windows some with riverviews! The property is beautiful and our space is quaint and cozy. Filled with mature trees this 2.5 acre property looks east facing river giving spectacular sunrises! 200 acre horse farm behind us with 40 acre of wooded land to explore. Sink into the comfy couch and look out through the massive bay window over the horse paddocks while the sun sets and shows you the colours of Niagara. Very happy to help out and provide toys and or baby equipment if needed. The cottage is about 1600square feet and has a large mudroom upon entrance for convenient storage and space. There is also an amazing glass conservatory greenhouse on the property that you are welcome to use and explore. Guest access You can use the whole cottage, the green house and all the grounds to the right and front of the cottage. Including both driveways. Other things to note We have a keypad entrance. The property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It is an old farm property so expect uneven ground and mosquitos and spiders outside. Be very carefull when walking on the grounds. Also they are very dark at night as there are no street lights. If you plan to go for night walks bring along a flashlight. We are staying on the property also at the moment as well as another friend on her trailer but there is plenty of space and we assure you your privacy and your own firepit !
