"Happy House" offers lodgers the chance to share a beautiful, 3,500-square foot country home with others who want to live or visit in the comfort of shared spaces, but then retreat to their own private bedroom and bath. Each of our 5 private lock-out bedrooms has an adjoining private bath, lovely furnishings, and a TV. Prices include ALL utilities, WiFi and cable. We offer space for stays that vary from overnight to long-term housing. Lodgers are often students, coaches, and retired folks. Guest access Guest and lodgers are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry room, den, living room, and dining room spaces as well as explore the six acres surrounding Happy House. During your stay Owners, Beth and Steve, are available 24/7 by phone and often visit or stay on the property in the upstairs loft.
