Other things to note A rental´s agreement must be prepared in advanced, so once your reservation is confirmed you must send: 1. A scanned copy or photo of your passport. 2. Your permanent address in your country. 3. The reason for the rental. We will facilitate an email address to send the documentation. Key collection is to be made at our main office, located at Bruc 44, storefront 3, about 300 meters from the apartment. Depending on your arrival time, check-ins at the actual apartment could be possible. Check-ins are from 3pm until 9pm every day. Arrivals after 9pm are possible. The late check-in service fee is €35 until midnight and 60€ until 2am. Early check-in is possible if the apartment is ready. No cost on weekdays, €35 on weekends. All late or early check-ins must be set up in advance. On weekdays there´s a reception to store luggage if needed. Quiet hours: from 10pm to 7am Smoking is ONLY permitted in the balconies, with the door closed.
