Sandy Toes Cottage -close to town pet friendly

Kick your shoes off...take a deep breath of the beautiful Byron air and get ready to enjoy a true Byron Bay holiday experience Sandy Toes is just a 300m level walk to to Byron Bay's CBD and 500m to Main Beach. This original beach cottage is set over 2 levels and perfect for getaways - We also accept your pooch! The space Sandy Toes is in the old part of Byron town - close enough to everything but far enough away too...... The cottage is as cute and rustic and has a wonderful vintage feeling to it. Upstairs the living space is air-conditioned and comprises of a small living room, older compact kitchen and a dining area.  The dining room overlooks a rear deck which is a great area for a BBQ.  There are 3 bedrooms on this level. The main bedroom has a queen bedroom with mozzie net and opens onto a little sun room that is a shared space with the third bedroom. The second queen bedroom has a cute little dressing room of it which is a great space if you have a bub in a cot and want to keep them close by. There is a small third bedroom off the sun room with a double bed suitable for one traveller. Both the queen bedrooms have air-conditioners. Some original cottage features include beautiful timber floors, steel beams, exposed brickwork, high ceilings and industrial lighting. There is a bathroom on this level with a deep bath and separate shower! Downstairs has been converted into an industrial style living space - a great kid hang out zone. The separate bedroom on this lower level is available on request and has a queen bed, it is a great extra space for a younger person but not really suitable for older visitors in that it is in the original underneath part of the house. Adjacent is the quirkiest powder room you'll ever find. We nickname it "The Alice in Wonderland bathroom," as only someone under the age of 10 could stand upright in it! More of a cubby house style, its perfect for the kids and more of a novelty for adults!  There is off street parking for two cars, and full laundry facilities.   The house is a handy 100 meters from the Arts Factory Village where you'll find the Byron Bay Brewery a great place to eat, the Buddha Gardens Day Spa, perfect for a massage and the super quirky Pig House Flicks cinema, great facilities to enhance your holiday. Please be aware that Sandy Toes is in a residential area and respect for our neighbours is imperative and we have strict noise curfews in place! Please note, this house is great for young groups on a surfing holiday or on a budget. Its not a fancy space and is basic and affordable accommodation for those needing space and not really suitable to older guests. Whilst we do accept Schoolies reservations, we do not accept Schoolies bookings via airbnb. It is possible to book for Schoolies week, however due to the nature of Schoolies week and its specific terms and conditions with potentially underaged travellers, we are unable to accept reservations on platforms other than Destination Byron Bay.
