The Artist Suite

Our 1836 charming Bed & Breakfast is an authentic & organic country farm, located 7 miles to CU or downtown. The spacious Artist Suite provides private entrance & park spot, full tiled bathroom, kitchenette, & cozy living/study room. Plus, adjoining bedroom w/ piano. ( Price listed for two guests only. Additional guests, $35 per night.) No pets, please, except by special request. Public transport: Taxi/Uber. The space Inside the Artist Suite, the Master bedroom features a fabulous high-queen bed, both cozy and comfy with numerous pillows and down comforter, enhanced by a lovely mural between the two windows. The bathroom, beautifully landscaped with mosaic tiles, is both art- inspiring and lovely, and offers two sinks, full tub and shower, ample towels and accessories. The intimate living/study room provides a perfect reading/writing/ work area ...or just a relaxing spot to enjoying a glass of highly prized Finger Lakes Wine! The expansive country view from the picture window in that room graces the viewer with awe inspiring beauty in every season. Outside, our extensive property with it's pond, pastures, gardens and woodlands offers opportunities for relaxing strolls through nature, while studded throughout with benches and tables for outdoor work, wine or picnics! For winter activities, snowshoeing and X-Country skiing are available right out your door! and for Downhill Skiing, Greek Peak is only half hours drive. The Artist Suite is the perfect location for Relaxation, Romance, Inspiration, Study and/or Peace. Blessings! Guest access Guests can spend time on gracious property, the lush gardens and natural pond. Say hello to our two friendly, paint horses (Please , do not feed them unless invited by Alicia) or enjoy our wooded hiking trails, great for birding or cross country skiing, too! Alicia is also occasionally available to play some music ...or get a bonfire going! And happy to share ideas on how to make the most of your stay in Ithaca...! During your stay Your hostess Alicia, is (almost) always available to share traveler & visitor information and available by cell phone throughout the day if questions arise. Alicia is sometimes also available to play music, or make a bonfire...or give options on how to make the bes t of your time here in Ithaca! Other things to note Please, enjoy the horses from our side of the (sometimes electrified) fence. Feed them only with guidance and permission. If you are interested in our Horse Adventure, please ask. Also, There are several small camps on our property ...Thank you for respecting the privacy of others by staying outside any gated areas.
