A close walk to Taksim Square and the Galata Tower, and the newly developed Galata Port the neighborhood is famous for its many antique shops, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and bars, and markets. The apartment was also recently renovated by a leading local architectural practice to offer the best in comfort to our guests. The space Oceana features everything you will need from Super Fast Wifi and Smart TV to a fully equipped kitchen and luxurious towels and linens. This is a very nice area!!..." BEDROOMS: The Oceana home boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 baby crib, and 1 comfortable sofa to accommodate guests. Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is the largest that can be experienced from a king-size bed (160x200), an ensuite bathroom, a chest drawer, and wall unit air conditioning. A wooden baby crib is also present for family's comfort. Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom is a small room with a double bed (140x200). It has an AC. Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom is a small room with a double bed (140 x 200). This room does not have a window and has a fan installed above The living room also has a very comfortable L-shaped Italian sofa with quality fabric. It's as comfortable as a bed. We suggest using the sofa as the mattress takes up all the space in the living room as it's quite large. All beds use Turkish premium linens and towels are provided. BATHROOMS: Bathroom 1 - An ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom contains a shower and bathtub to relax. Bathroom 2 - This is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and also boasts a dryer and washing machine. There are several grocery stores, patisseries, coffee shops, boutiques, and galleries open throughout the day and night and the area is in close access to a lively night scene. The bedrooms are quiet due to double glazing windows. Constant hot water and high water pressure are available throughout the bathrooms. These two bathrooms have ample space for all guests and you won't have to spend time waiting. Especially on vacation. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioners will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! You’ll be given self-check-in instructions. Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to our guest experience team through the Airbnb chat. You can schedule additional cleanings for a cost, submit maintenance requests, and view our neighborhood recommendations via Airbnb chat. We’ll share all details upon confirmation of your stay. Guests can park one car in front of the building. Other things to note The building has an elevator and the apartment is on 1st floor. Please note that professionally cleaned sheets and towels are supplied. If you require extra sheets and towels during your stay this can be arranged for an extra fee of €20 per set ( Two towels, I sheet, quilt cover, 2 pillowcases). If you require extra cleaning services we can also arrange that for you too at a cost of €50. We have to be provided with our guests’ valid passport IDs to welcome our guests in our apartments which is a compulsory requirement to conform to the Turkish Legislation Regulations and Rules which are authorized and reported by Turkish legislation dated 26/06/1973.
