Blue Swan Inn - Apartment (Renovated July 2025)

Our apartment is located a short 300m walk to the famous Unawatuna beach. It lays on the second floor in the Unawatuna beach road and comes with a big stunning private rooftop with a kitchen and lounge. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, as well as smaller shops. We are having fiber line internet. We are happy to help you with transfers and give you any advice on where to go surfing, snorkeling and how to get around Sri Lanka. The space The apartment is located centrally in Unawatuna, so you won’t rely on any vehicle to get around. If you come on a scooter, tuktuk or small car, you’re invited to park next door at our main house. Please note that due to the central location there is some traffic around. If you are having a very light sleep we recommend you to book our rooms 1,2 or 7 in our main house instead of the apartment. Guest access You are having your own private entrance
