This amazing home is right on the water front in Cedar Point, NC. Enjoy the water front view on our large spacious deck and dock and maybe you can even catch some dolphins swimming through. This 1,500 sq ft home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house makes it a great place for a family's getaway. Every room is a attended to your relaxation and comfort. We are less then 4 miles from Emerald Isle, Bogue Inlet Pier, Swansboro, and other great beach attractions. This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home with an extra bed and a futon in the upstairs loft. You MUST climb stairs to access the house. It's a spacious 1,500 sq ft of comfort and relaxation. Huge open floor plan that features our new bar area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dish washer, garbage disposal, washer dryer, coffee maker, beach towels, beach chairs, and other great amenities. Free wifi and large smart TV's. We do not have a personal boat ramp but there is a public boat ramp about 1/4 mile away. We also have a private empty lot next door that can be used to park trailers, boats, and cars. You can bring your own kayak or canoe and launch from our dock or bring your fishing pole. Boat dock can be used to go fishing or enjoy a relaxing view but boat and boat lift are off limits. Whole house and dock is acceptable for guest to use except for boat and boat lift (only use dock at your own risk, we are not responsible for any damages or stolen personal properties). If you bring your own boat you must use public boat ramp and store it on your trailer. If there is any questions or concerns please contact me anytime. Emerald Isle and Swansboro are within minutes of driving. Bogue Inlet Pier is great for fishing and accessing the beach is less then 4 miles away. Also, check out Atlantic beach and Pine Knoll Shore Aquarium. Restaurants, grocery stores, ABC store, Walmart, Walgreens, Mcdonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Bojangles, gas stations are all within a 3 mile radius. Don't forget to rent a canoe or kayak at Barrier Island Kayak 1/2 mile down the road. 34 North Bar is also a great place for adults to mingle and have a cocktail. Our neighborhood is a great place its quiet, beautiful, and full of charm. Driving is the best way to get around.
