If there are 2 guests, please let us know if you are sleeping separately and need linen for the sofa bed. Other features to consider: - The accommodation is on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard. - You will have at your disposal a set of keys. Housing : You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its modernity and its amenities. The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is located on the ground floor. For your confort, you will have at your disposal: - A convivial lounge: television, dining table, armchair, sofa bed for 2 people. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hotplates, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso), kitchen utensils. - A cozy bedroom: queen size bed, bedside tables. - A neat bathroom: shower, toilet, heated towel rail, hairdryer. You can also enjoy a small courtyard through which you will access the accommodation. Other things to note *The sofa bed is automatically prepared for reservations with 3 or more guests. Otherwise, only the queen bed is set up. If you would like the sofa bed prepared for reservations with only 2 guests, please let us know ahead of time. * We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linen, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges. This service will be billed at the same rate as the Cleaning fees displayed on this listing page. Please ask us once you booked your reservation to arrange a day and time for this service.
