Located on the top floor, the apartment is like a small house. It is a 95 m2 duplex, quiet, comfortable and bright with well-distributed spaces. The kitchen has large windows overlooking the Parisian rooftops. On the 1st level are the children's bedrooms and the living room, on the 2nd level the kitchen and the master bedroom. 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 with single bed. 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. The space This is our living space, you will find everything you need for everyday life (washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, etc.). There is also a piano with a silent system, a video projector for viewing on a large screen, lots of games and children's books available. We want our guests to feel good while staying with us and have an authentic Parisian experience. Here, you will be in a real neighborhood where Parisians and families live and work, where all amenities are accessible nearby. The center of Paris and tourist places are nevertheless close and easy to access thanks to the transport facilities. We also provide 2 bicycles (including an electric one). NB: we live in an old Parisian building that cannot be equipped with an elevator. Our 5th and top floor can only be reached on foot. But the floors are not very high and you get used to it very quickly :) For summer stays, we provide a fan in all bedrooms and living rooms. We also have a portable air conditioner that can be used in any room with a window (for air extraction). We only use it during heat waves (which are exceptional). Other things to note Organic supermarket in front of the building and lots of retail shops nearby as well as many bars and restaurants. Note at the foot of the building: an excellent Italian caterer.
