My 50 m² apartment is bright and very comfortable, located on the 6th floor with an elevator. You will be charmed by its absolute tranquility, warm ambiance, and south-facing balcony. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally situated in the heart of a typically Parisian neighborhood, it is rich in shops, cafes, wine bars, and various restaurants. You can reach the center of Paris in 13 minutes by air-conditioned metro. It is a 5-mn walk from the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont. The space The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and includes the following amenities: elevator, Wi-Fi, 123 cm TV, Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and hairdryer. You will have everything you need to enjoy cooking at home: all the necessary utensils, condiments, and spices. A portable air conditioning unit is available in the living room in case of a heatwave, and two fans are provided regardless. The bathroom features a bathtub, the bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, and the living room includes a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed. (Note: the living room opens onto the entrance without a door that closes.) You will have access to the entire apartment. This is the place where I live most of the time. I hope you feel at home and find all the expected comforts. Please note that I leave personal belongings and items there. Guest access you have access to the entire home Other things to note I've indicated an arrival time between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. but most of the time it can be earlier, so please let me know your desired arrival and departure times so that I can confirm if this is possible.
