Thank you The space It is 65 sq metres, larger than most 2 bedrooms apartments locally There is a large living area with sofas and a dining table, a spacious kitchen and hallway leading to the bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, pans, crockery and cutlery. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a sofa bed for two in the living area. The bedrooms have Juliet balconies overlooking the quiet walled garden of the ground floor apartment. Sheets and towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels Guest access You'll have the place to yourself. There is no access to the garden which belongs to the ground floor apartment. Other things to note At the end of our road is winery in an old abbey, which makes excellent local wines and 'banyuls' . There is an artisan bread shop 3 minutes walk, a place to hire scooters, bikes and electic mountain bikes, There is also boat hire and a diving school very close by. For those that like walking, there are very many local walks up the mountains behind us. Taking a walk to Fort Dt Elle past through the olive groves and past the windmill gives a wonderful panoramic view of the coast. Further afield there are the Cathar castles, Perpignan, and even Canigou itself to explore
