There is no private parking space however there is on-site parking available for a fee from the admin office or nearby offsite parking if you wish. GRAB (download the app) and normal taxi services are plentiful and we have great links to the local Cubao JAM Liner Terminal (coach services), UV Express (shared economical minibus travel) and domestic flights via Manila NAIA Airport about 90 minutes in a taxi from the condo (about 800 pesos in a taxi). . Before booking you must understand and adhere to our house rules. The property management service that maintains the complex has a series of rules that include measures for anti-social behavior. If you are fined by the property management company during your visit you will be charged at the end of your stay. The rules are pretty much common sense. No fighting, no shouting at night etc and being inappropriate in public places among other things. Guest access Keys will be handed over after unit orientation. . Swimming Pool can be accessed for a minimal fee of Php 150.00/head/day and Php 300.00 during holidays to be paid to the admin office upon check in (Fees applicable for less than 30days of stay, otherwise it is free of charge) . Admin office hours: 9am - 6pm. (Note: close during holidays you can ask us to buy the pool pass for you in advance) . Public transportation is 24 hours. If you have a car and need a parking space Trees Residences has a pay parking open 24 hours (first come first serve basis). Other things to note There are discounts available for longer stays. Please contact us in advance to enquire. . Our unit comfortably sleeps 4-5 guests, the unit can accommodate up to 5 adults and 2 children if you utilize the sofa as a sleeping space. ( We do received request of more than 5 guests however, please bare in mind we can only allow up to 7 guests maximum in the unit - only if the guests are comfortable with this arrangement. We also require Php300/head/night for extra people). . Please declared the right number of people when booking for guard authorization. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry to the complex by the on-site security team. If this happens you will NOT receive a refund in full or in part. . Other Charges: . Swimming Pool can be access until 10pm only with a fee of Php 150.00/head/day and Php 300.00 during holidays, Pool pass can be avail at condo admin office from 9- 6pm. (Note: close during holidays you can advise us to buy the pool pass for you in advance) . Cleaning Fee is 450 pesos per visit / per week if staying for more than a week.
